OPERATION GUIDELINE OF MACHINE ( Apply to steel /stainless steel/copper cut punch shear machine, press machine , perforate machine , iron worker . ) |

Please assure that the running direction of motor conforms to the arrow. In case of wrong running direction, please adjust the wire connections and make sure that the running direction of motor is correct before starting up the motor. |

After the normal operation of the machine, make sure that the mold is tightly fastened for safety and accuracy before feeding material to the mold for pressing. |
3. |
To assure normal operation of the machine, it is mandatory to replenish the machine with oil three times a week and make sure that each moving part is adequately lubricated. |

The gliding block of the machine shall be cleaned up at least once per month so as to reach the best operation condition. In addition, avoid any obstacle falling into the machine as it might cause damage to the machine. |

It is strictly prohibited to touch any moving or sliding parts of the machine with hand or body in order to avoid any possible hazards. |
6. |
After a period of operation, the machine parts may come loose due to friction and vibration. Thus, please carry out regular inspection and calibration. |
7. |
When you encounter any technical problems during operation of the machine, please discontinue using the machine and call up us. |
